Cancer Support Community
The Cancer Support Community (CSC) is a global nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. With over 190 locations worldwide - including community-based centers, hospitals, and virtual programs - CSC delivers free, evidence-based emotional and educational support to cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones.
Founded through the merger of The Wellness Community and Gilda's Club, CSC has become the leading provider of psychosocial oncology care. Its services include professionally led support groups, counseling, wellness classes, educational workshops, and a toll-free helpline - all offered at no cost. Through its Research and Training Institute and Cancer Policy Institute, CSC also leads national advocacy efforts and scientific studies to improve the quality of cancer care for all.
Every program at CSC is grounded in compassion, community, and the belief that no one should face cancer alone.
